Bel Air Woman's Club follows an established set of by-laws regarding objectives, membership, officers and their duties, meetings and quorums, board of directors, departments and committees, dues, elections, parliamentary authority, amendments, and dissolution which are provided to all members.
Prospective members are provided with an orientation and must attend at least two business meetings, not including social functions before being installed. Dues and installation fees apply.
All members are expected to take an active part in the work of the club; serve on at least one department/committee; support Ways & Means fundraising projects; pay annual dues; and vote on questions presented at regular or specially called meetings.
